Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
1. Introduction
Super Agent Party ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website www.agentparty.top (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how your data is handled. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for this website is the Super Agent Party project, reachable via:
- GitHub: github.com/heshengtao/super-agent-party
- Email: Available upon request via GitHub Issues
3. What Data We Collect
We do not actively collect personal data. Our website is a static site with no user accounts, no forms, no analytics trackers, and no advertising. However, certain data may be processed automatically:
- Server Logs (Cloudflare CDN): Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and access timestamps. These logs are used solely for security, performance, and abuse prevention purposes. Cloudflare acts as our data processor. Refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
- Local Storage: We store your theme preference (light/dark mode) in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us.
- GitHub API (Star Count): The Site displays the GitHub star count for our open-source project. This is fetched client-side from the public GitHub API when you load the page. Your browser makes this request directly to GitHub, and GitHub's privacy policy applies.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website does not use tracking cookies. We do not set any cookies for analytics, advertising, or user tracking purposes. We only use localStorage to remember your theme preference, which is strictly necessary for providing the functionality you expect and is exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)). Cloudflare's CDN may set strictly necessary technical cookies (such as __cf_bm) for bot management and security purposes.
5. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Any processing of personal data (such as IP addresses in server logs) is based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in:
- Ensuring the security and stability of our website
- Preventing abuse and cyberattacks
- Delivering website content efficiently via CDN
6. Data Retention
Cloudflare CDN logs are retained for a limited period as governed by Cloudflare's data retention policies. We do not have access to raw server logs. LocalStorage theme preferences are stored on your device and can be cleared by you at any time via your browser settings.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf or independently:
- Cloudflare (CDN & Hosting): Processes IP addresses and technical data for content delivery and security. Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts CDN. Google may log the request. Privacy Policy
- Font Awesome: We load icon assets from cdnjs Cloudflare CDN. Privacy Policy
- GitHub: The GitHub star count widget makes API requests to api.github.com. Privacy Policy
- Tailwind CSS (CDN): We load Tailwind CSS from the cdn.tailwindcss.com CDN. No user data is sent to this CDN beyond the standard HTTP request.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Right of Access (Art. 15): Request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and access to that data.
- Right to Rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to Erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to Restriction (Art. 18): Request restriction of processing under certain circumstances.
- Right to Data Portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7): Withdraw consent at any time (though we do not rely on consent for processing).
- Right to Lodge a Complaint (Art. 77): File a complaint with a supervisory authority in your EU member state.
Since we do not actively collect personal data, most of these rights can be exercised by clearing your browser's localStorage or contacting us. For any privacy-related inquiries, please open an issue on our GitHub repository.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
